Cash rules everything
Our world revolves around money. Everything that we do in life involves money. The economy today is so bad and because of it there are so many problems with people. The way we act towards certain people sometimes is a result of money; this is why we have social classes today. Neighborhoods are also separated by money because the people that live near you are most likely making just about the same amount of money you are.
He proposed to me last night at dinner and you should see the size of the rock he got me. I didn’t expect it to be that big but I see how much I mean to him and I know he loves me. I’ve been so excited and I already started planning our wedding!
The work place is not the place where you should look to find friends. At work it’s more like every man for himself, and if you want to get back stabbed by someone that would be the number one place it will happen. Everyone is in competition to make money, and if they have to they will step on people just to get a higher pay check. Most of us would do it, because we do value the money that we make. Ever wonder when you’re at the store how many hours it took you to work to make that money you’re about to spend?
We went looking at different vendors today, and it’s taking us a while to find the right place that would fit 250 people and was to my likings. I could tell that the food at some of the places was not going to be good because the price per person was only $75 a head.
People are big on making an appearance, and the way other people judge them has a huge impact on them. When we get dressed to go outside, are we really getting dressed up for ourselves or for other people. Name brand clothing is a big thing people look at, and automatically people associate name brands with money. Notice how in the big department stores like Bloomingdales and Nordstrom the sales associates are way nicer to you then ones in smaller stores. If you got the green people are not going to be mean.
Trying to find bridesmaid dresses with the girls have been tough. It’s really getting me mad though because only one of my friends keeps complaining about the price of the dress and that it’s too expensive. I am not going to change the dress for the wedding just for her, if she’s really my friend then she would do it for me.
How many of us actually think to save money now a day’s incase something happens. A lot of people don’t think of the future with money and it’s not good. With the way jobs are now, unnecessary spending is not something people should be doing. You could have your job one day and then the next it’s gone.
Tomorrow is the big day and I just hope everything goes right. Everyone better show up, and if they don’t show up they should at least send me a card because I could have easily invited someone else in their place.
